The assignment

Translate audience demand into a coordinated product launch and reliable customer delivery.

What I delivered

I connected the Shopify store and merchandise assortment to production, fulfillment and reporting. The accounting records show 39,573 units and $1,107,108.35 in reported net sales across May 1–July 2, 2020.

Combined program figures for May 1–July 2, 2020. Not a three-day sale, a single Drop 3 result or profit.

Sources and scope

The July 2020 accounting workbook reports $835,992.80 for May 1–31 and $271,115.55 for June 1–July 2, totaling $1,107,108.35 in net sales as labeled by the source. The corresponding units sum to 39,573. This is the combined reporting period, not a three-day sale, a single Drop 3 result, profit or solely my contribution. The underlying Shopify export was not available to independently establish the source’s net-sales definition.

My contribution

  • Managed Shopify and the merchandise assortment.
  • Coordinated production and fulfillment.
  • Handled settlement and post-launch reporting.

Keep launch demand connected to delivery

My remit covered the store and assortment, production coordination, fulfillment and post-launch reporting. The May and June reporting periods show why those responsibilities needed to work together: 26,944 units in May, followed by another 12,629 through July 2. The case reflects operational ownership across that volume; the pictured Drop 3 artwork remains a separate example from the project archive.
