D-Nice / Club Quarantine
From the first Club Quarantine collections to CQ5 in 2025, I managed merchandise and commerce operations around D-Nice’s community, online and at live events.

The assignment
Support a fast-moving talent program while keeping product, commerce, live events and customer delivery connected.
What I delivered
A client program spanning online drops, ongoing commerce and live events through 2025. My work included sales-informed assortment decisions, production and fulfillment coordination, and the CQ5 Apollo merchandise handoff and reporting.
Selected sales records through 2025
January 1–October 14, 2020
$1,132,539.90 in the archived store export; before discounts and returns, excluding shipping and tax.
February 12–April 16, 2025
CQ5 online sales report. The source total includes shipping and tax and reflects discounts and returns.
March 22, 2025
122 units in the item-level venue sales report; before event fees and expenses.
Separately dated program records with different sales definitions. They are not a cumulative 2020–2025 total or sales attributable solely to my work.
Sources and scope
These are separately dated program results with different sales definitions, not a cumulative 2020–2025 total or revenue attributed solely to my work. The 2020 monthly and product gross-sales views reconcile; its exact cutoff comes from the export filename. The 2025 figures come from the CQ5 online report and the item-level Apollo sales report. Complete sales coverage for the intervening years has not been established.
My contribution
- Managed merchandise commerce, production, fulfillment and customer operations.
- Reviewed sales by product and collection to recommend assortment and restock decisions.
- Coordinated approved assortments, launch assets, live-event merchandise and settlement reporting.
Use the sales pattern to shape the next release
In a June 30, 2020 review sent to D-Nice, I highlighted the strength of the original logo and the demand for women’s v-necks in the Breathe collection. I recommended including women’s styles in future drops, counting available warehouse stock and using a limited Instagram restock to bring inventory back to the audience.
Coordinate before the announcement
For CQ After Dark, I shared the approved assortment with the partner team and counsel, coordinated a proposed five-day relaunch, and requested social assets ahead of the sale. My role connected the product decision to the people and operational details needed to deliver it.
Stay accountable through the venue handoff
For CQ5 at the Apollo in March 2025, I coordinated stock counts with the venue, traced a missing size run to its shipping box and reconciled the count before the show. I then handled the return-shipping coordination and settlement follow-up. The work continued through the operational details that affect both fans and the artist.

Still part of the community in 2025
The CQ5 identity appears on D-Nice during an archived livestream. It connects the 2025 product program to the community it served. My role was merchandise, commerce and operations; D-Nice led the performance and audience relationship.
